You may be able to rent a theater class projector (A Bako?) from somewhere like Midwest Visual.  Something with a few thousand lumens might work outside so long as it isn't in the direct sun, never tried it "outside" but I've used projectors in all glass rooms (except the cieling, Duh) and they've worked.
