And BSware is an improvement over Redhat. (shameless plug!!! ;)
At least it has the latest security fixes available from Redhat.

And [hopefully] the new version of BSware with XFS support will
even better than BSware classic. (SGI XFS support with the SGI
modified installer so it can be installed to an XFS partition)

This is in addition to the classic BSware. I'm not getting rid
of the stock Redhat updated BSware I've made for years.

Now what to call it? BSware-XFS BSware-Pro BSware-Extreme
BSware-TNG BSware-NT BSware-2001

Anybody got a good idea? Wait, I know:

*** Name the new BSware and win a FREE copy contest! ***

BSware-XFS & BSware-Pro are my ideas, BSware-Extreme is Adam's.
The others are a joke.

Rules: I am the complete judge & jury on this. I pick the winner
and there is no appeal. If you can come up with a name I like better
then you will win, otherwise I'll probably go with one of the first
three listed. If there are duplicates, the person who sent the name
first gets the credit. Time is limited, so hurry. I will close the
contest and pick a winner without warning (before Tuesday!). You
must pick up your free copy at ameeting that I attend. I can change
or amend the rules at any time. Any rules I forgot to mention are
implicitly implied. Send all entries to me. IANAL! :-)

Also, my company's web site AND e-commerce are both powered by Redhat,
PHP and Postgresql. All created by a professional developer.

I should also mention that Redhat comes with Mysql. I've never tried
it because everything I've read leads me to believe that Postgresql
is a far superior database, but I mention it because Mysql is very
popular on web sites and there are books available about Mysql.

> PHP (Professional Home Pages, although no one uses the meaning of the acronym anymore) is THE MOST POPULAR web scripting language on the Internet. Works with almost ever web server (including IIS and Apache) and has an API for database and libraries that I had never heard of before reading the configure options. PDF generation, Flash generation, Image generation, XML parsing, LDAP. arrays, sessions, objects, even OLE. It supports PostgreSQL of course.

Along with Mysql and PHP support. (boo! :)

PHP can also be recompiled to support most (all?) commercial
databases available for Linux. http://www.php.net/
