NNTPCache is a fast, light, and easy to configure NNTP (Usenet) server.
With NNTPCache you can run your own news server so you can read and
search your favorite news groups at localhost speed.

Coming to three meetings qualifies you as a full member of KLUG, meaning that 
you can participate in the process of making formal decisions, including vot-
ing for officers.
