"ps2pdf" or ghostscript "gs" with an output device of "pdfwrite".  ps2pdf is
included in ghostscript-5.50  and probably other versions.

If your running Ximian GNOME, PDF is an output option in the Gnumeric print
dialog (and just about every other application).... Ximian RULEZ!!!
