But how do I restore at all? I have a few files saved from two Win98 PC's on
these DAT tapes and I can't get them off at all. It complains about
directory signatures. (Netware ran ARCserve and the PC's ran an agent that
served some files to the backup.

Oh, well, I've since learned the backup on those disks may not be the ones I
want at all. Thanks, anyway.

None. Backups will be onto SCSI DAT drives once we've moved onto the old
server again.
