I assumed so, I just wanted to express my desire to *any* KLUG member who may
take it upon themselves to respond. Of course, I'd prefer even more that
KLUG's official response be the only response. I've witnessed in other
organizations where something like this can get a bit out of control.

All true, just wanted to point out to anyone who may not have experienced this
(yet), that this type of response while uncommon is not quite rare. This one,
unfortunately, made it into a more public forum. No defense of this type of
attitude is expressed or implied.

Just another example of the same type of attitude. But again, to anyone who
may choose to respond personally, this attitude usually developes out of long
festering frustration/fear/lonliness, etc... and is most effectively met with
something OTHER than open hostility. (Even though the attitude's resulting
action may really stoke one's furnace).

Exactly. IMHO, the list is a public forum anyway and people *should* have a
nice thick skin.
