Basically 2 beeps is a parity error, meaning...

1. You have parity memory and the soul of the modules has exited stage left
2. Your motherboard has turned into a thin, stiff, and green hard boiled egg
3. You don't have parity memory,  but your system thinks you do (see #2)

Can you get into the BIOS config screens?
