That 460W power supply has the following output ratings:
http://www.overclockers.com.au/image.php?pic=techstuff/a_tyan_thunder/psu.jpg

   +5V 29A
 +3.3V 27A

The "typical" 300W power supply has the following output ratings:

   +5V 25-30A
 +3.3V 14-15A

My Antec PP412X (400W) has the following output ratings:
http://www.antec-inc.com/product/powers/pp412x.htm

   +5V 40A
 +3.3V 28A

The current is definately dual-Athlon ready.

But then there is the matter of that "PS2" connector:

I actually looks like ATX 2.03 with (2) of the 4-pin Pentium IV
connectors (as one plug). So, I wonder, is that the ATX 2.03
connector for dual-processor systems? Be they Intel P4 or AMD
Palomino, I bet that is what it is -- (2) of the 4-pin Pentium IV
connectors on an ATX 2.03 P.S.

Either that, or that is a the P4 ATX 2.03 connector plus a second
+12VDC line. If you look at the picture above again, you'll note
there are two +12VDC ratings (one A, one B). That is unusual, but
that could be what the 4 extra lines on that 8-pin connector is.
