The terms of our involvement need not be the same, and what we (and our
"clients" get out of it won't be the same., either. My point is that our
commitment to actully doing the work (on this project or whatever we select
for this level of attention) has to be the same, or BETTER.

I agree these are difficulties, any project has them. We need to work on
this as part of our efforts, recruit "inside advocates" (like Tony Gettig),
and build to a critical mass. I don't expect the road will be easy or straight.
I also don't expect that there is a "magic bullet", single correct answer;
MOST of the suggestions I've seen on this thread appear to be parts of the
solution tothe puzzle.

I suspect you will not need any particular notification; as Education Director,
you'll be in on it from the get-go.
