In conclusion, we regret that Mr.[aurhor]'s experience with our
organization,
which reflects on the overall opinion of Linux and other LUGs worldwide.
We welcome him to come to a meeting or to subscribe to the list serve so
he can get a better understanding of the group and the people in it. Linux
is about the community building a better future were users matter, helping
those
users without prejudice and always promoting the best solutions,
even if that means solutions other than Linux. We hope Mr. [author]
the best of luck in any and all of his OSS endeavors and hope he
will reconsider the points we make in the preceding response.
I think that if we disagree with his opinion that this letter is still a
very nicely worded letter that is still being as adam put it tit-for-tat
letter on our part.

I'm rather disappointed that the Gazette would print a clearly "ax to
grind" letter. It is so obviously such that it matters little to me if
KLUG responds or not. Someone fuming at KLUG (and this guy ain't the
first) will do less damage to our public image than a public
tit-for-tat. If we respond, lets be the "bigger man" and take the
sky-high road. Just my 2 cents, since it looks like I played a part in
this somewhere.
