In situation like the above, I found it more advantageous to bring the 
"training" to the user.  Perhaps a noon-time or 6 p.m. "informational 
session" to better educate.  If you build it they don't always come.  So if 
they don't come to you...you come to them.  Of course, this depends on your 
resources and interest to "multiply".
