Um, I know it can be done with CorelDraw 9, but it was the windows version,
I don't know about the linux version. I believe PDF files are more or less a
compressed EPS file with embedded fonts and maybe graphics. So one solution
may be to print to postscript and edit/merge the PS files. As for a good
editor of those, I'm at a loss, sorry.
