   In 99% of cases where the fan inside the power supply is bad, you can
just change the fan. If you take care with what you are doing, it's not hard
at all to change. The fan from Radio Shack will cost some bucks (Purchase
from a different source if you can), but it only takes about 15 minutes to
swap them out.

P.S. Hmmm... might be off the beaten path, but a presentation on basic
computer maintenance?
