Just a thought....
WMU has a project management class which kinda does this sort of thing. They
basically research a project ad infinitum and make a presentation on its
possibility. I know they had trouble finding projects for all the groups last
winter, who knows, maybe it's a shot in the dark... maybe they could take some of
the burden off KLUG or the members in putting together a plan?
