'make xconfig' question

sorry i couldn't attend the meeting today - had to move back to school.  i
was just trying to make a new custom kernel (as per the presentation 2 weeks
ago :), and i had trouble with 'make xconfig' - specifically, the make broke
when it tried to run the 'wish' command.  what is this command?  i don't
have a copy or a man page for it.
