     Hi,
     
     Feeling partly responsible for this situation, I did some 
     checking around.  Here are some options to think about arranged 
     in ascending order of cost.
     
     -----------------------
     Pharmacia & Upjohn, Inc. (My Employer) has the following: 
     -----------------------
     o Gratis facilities in Building 298 if I get approval from my
     . divisional VP.  I was told they usually approve it, but it must 
     . go up the steps.  These are really nice facilities if we can
     . get them.
     
     .  I have started this process, but can't guarantee that it will 
     .  be approved.  I'm certain it won't be ready by this Sunday.
     
     
     ----------------------
     Portage Public Library (329-4544) has the following: 
     ----------------------
     o Group study room in young adults section that seats 8-10 for 
     . free, but on first come, first serve basis.
     o Board room for $15.00 per use, reservable.  Seats 8-10 and has 
     . Audio Visual presentation equipment.
     o Auditorium for $20.00 per use, reservable.  Seats up to 100 and 
     . has AV equipment.
     
     PPL is open as follows:
     . Monday through Thursday 9 to 9 (leave by 8:45) 
     . Friday until 6
     . Saturday until 5

     Portage Public Schools (Deb Munson, 381-2532) has the following: 
     ----------------------
     o Classroom M-F Evenings until 9.  $7.00/hour.  Located in the 
     . Community Education Center in Millham.
     
     . NOTE: This particular option is cheaper than above if we only 
     .       stay 2 hours.
     
     o Classroom at our Sunday meeting time for ADDITIONAL cost of 
     . a custodian which runs roughly $50.00/hour on weekends.
