Sorry I missed the last one, I am really curious to see our new home,
the company I work for does alot of business with Upjohn and from what I have
seen there facilities are usually not notch. I was on my way when the engine
in my truck self-destructed (i.e. no oil pressure). So it may be a couple of
weeks before I get their again. So far I've come their once without
auto-problems, I think Redmond is tampering with my vehicle!
I am curious if Upjohn uses Linux in any capacity? Did you know that
Cisco Systems uses Linux through out their network to control and manage all
their printers, at least that's what I read anyway.
Does anyone know where I can get info on fixing the jdk-1.1.3? I am
currently using kaffe to run the Citrix Java client so I can run apps on the NT
servers from linux workstations, kaffe is like Java De-Caf. SLOWWWW. But
when I remove kaffe and the default JDK that comes with redhat 4.2 (what I'm
using) and install the JDK from blackdown (JDK_HOME=/usr/local/jdk1.1.3) it
just Seg Faults 11. I got the new libjava and all that, no diffrence. Or
else how do I get kaffe to just-in-time-compile (which the man page says it
will do)? With Linux I've gotten used to bad/old/cryptic documentation, but
the Java docs really suck, and post a message like this to the linux-java
maillist and you'll get flamed straight to hell. If I get this fugured out
maybe I should write an mini-HOWTO?
