CALDERA VS. MICROSOFT: THE PLOT THICKENS

     The question of whether there is DOS in Windows 95 has
     reared its ugly head once more.  Caldera Inc., the company
     that now owns DR-DOS, was just allowed by the court to amend
     its complaint to include the allegation that Microsoft
     illegally bundled DOS with Windows 95. The outcome could
     mean riches for Caldera, and an important precedent for
     the Department of Justice.
