I'm using  Asus PCI ultra fast / wide scsi PC-875 as my scsi card, and
for some reason my linux boot disk can't detect my scsi card  existance.

What I want to ask is
Can linux run with ultra fast/wide scsi card?
Is there specific drive for my scsi card?
What should I do to make my computer run with linux?

This is what come out on my monitor when I boot my computer with Linux
bootdisk

(I insert my root disk, and use "fdisk  dev/sda" comand to make
partition)
 unable to open /dev/sda

Help me to make this problem solution please
