Help for a poor old software developer

Anyone out there know anything about an Adaptec AHA 1510A SCSI Controller
Card?  I'm looking for jumper settings, tips, drivers, sepecail addressing
considerations.  This is a great card.... it has ONE chip on it, space for
a lot more, a few resistors and capacitors, and ONE jumper block. If I
saw this in the store, I'd say someone was developing a card, but got tired
of the project and on to better things.

Even uproarious laughter ("What? You wanna use THAT with Linux?") would be a 
help...
