	I am having a bear of time time getting xterm to look nice running
apps from my AIX box.  VI and several other programs use a "standout"
attribute that looks horrible.  I have stripped every attribute out of the
terminfo/termcap,  set them to diffrent escape sequences, etc... and
nothing really seems to have any effect.  Can someone point me to a good
reference about termcap/terminfo,  especially one that tells me what all
those little code's mean.  The manual page does not even have them all.
