It worked for me (just tried it), 
but it automatically translated the URL into:

   http://www.informatik.uni-frankfurt.de/~fp/uudeview/

Give that one a try.  If it you still can't make it work, 
let me know, and I'll try to find my copy and email it to 
you, or put it on the KLUG ftp server (your choice).
