Is there a way to print the entire X-Windows screen?

You can turn on a log file in xterm. Either with a resource setting,
or the CTRL-BUTTON1 menu. I don't know if you can make the logfile a
pipe command to the printer or not. If not, you could just print the
log file after the session.
