The netscape site has NS available for Linux. Just download it, read
the label on the can, add water, and presto! You have NETSCAPE!

Well, you don't need to use anything "like" dyndns.com, you can use
dyndns.com itself! :)
There's also a free service, called dyn.ml.org.... look at
http://www.ml.org
(with your new version of Netscape, in Linux, of course)

If you mean registering a domain, you'll need to go to the INTERNIC
