fetchmail

Does anyone here use 'fetchmail'?  If so, would
someone be willing to explain what the .rc file
would look like?  

I'm trying to use it, and of course, I'm failing
miserably.  

I'd like to be able to fetch mail from my main
mail provider and zap it over to my machine.

Also...is it posible to have fetchmail get
mail from another machine for a *list* of users
instead of just myself?  I'm using a dynamic
IP address, though it is being handled by
ml.org as a pseudo-static IP.  Of course,
no one can send email to us directly; it has
to be routed.  Is this possible at all?
