i'm using one with rousing success... just make sure you have the ppa.o
module compiled and installed.
actually, i HAVE had a problem with lpd (or whatever the printer daemon is
called:) interfering with the parallel port i had set up for the zip drive.
i don't have a printer anyway, so i just took lpd out of the startup
scripts, but you might have problems getting these machines to work with
printers.
