poll mail.one.net protocol POP3 username USERNAME password PASSWORD 

thats a ~/.fetchmailrc line to get mail off of mail.one.net using POP3 for
the username USERNAME with the password PASSWORD

as for multiple users and sorting.. im not sure what the remote setup is
like, but anything is possible if you use procmail.
