It's findable, if it's out there on the net. Such a tool would be too
valuable to let slip, and I'll bet it runs in NT, too.

here was a project to support NTFS, but they were having trouble writing;
something to do with file locks, ownership, attributes, etc. NTFS reads
have been around for almost a year, AFAIK. This was last seen here about
4 months ago, and a lot of smart people can accomplish a good deal in
four months.
If no one knows I can go look around.
