Yeah, like the Olaf Kirch book, which you can download in Postscript and
print on your nearest laser printer. Two Hundred and Ninety pages, which
is 145 peices of paper if you print it double sided, 3.5 cents per page
for the paper itself and the toner. Then there's the biner and your time
for hole punching, stitching, or ploping it all into a looseleaf if
you don't want to mess with the glue. Don't forget to charge for your
own time!
The book costs $22.00, but you might be able to find it someplace
more cheaply.
Here's an idea: Everyone want the same Linux book? Let's buy many of them
through KLUG, and get a volume discount! Save on shipping,
too, if we go to a place like Amazon.com....
