BSware 5.1

Announcement: BSware 5.1 CD is almost ready.

For those who don't know, BSware 5.1 is the free version of Redhat 5.1,
or exactly the same files you would download from Redhat's FTP site.
It does not include any commercial products that come on the Official
Redhat distribution (BRU, Real Server . . .).

BSware also includes the latest errata updates from Redhat as part of
the standard distribution. I also include some other freely downloadable
packages I find useful in a separate directory, space permitting.

BSware fits on one CDROM (I use namebrand CDR media).

As a service to KLUG members, I will make copies of BSware to anyone
who pays me for a blank CDR ($2), or brings me a blank CDR to burn.
The only way to get a copy of BSware is to come to a KLUG meeting.
I do not deliver, ship or take credit cards. Correct change please.

If you give me enough notice before a meeting, I will make a
copy of BSware and bring it to the meeting for you. Or you can
bring me a blank CDR to the meeting, I will burn it during the
week, and I will bring it to the next meeting for you to pick up.

Note, BSware does not include source code. If you want source
please let me know, and this takes 2 CDROMs. Also, I do NOT
keep the source code up to date with the latest errata updates.

*** If you can't wait to get Redhat 5.1, let me know SOON. ***
I _might_ be able to make a copy or two for TODAY's meeting.
(if I can get out of work on time, no guarentees)

If you're not in a hurry, I will be giving a short talk about
Redhat 5.1 at todays meeting, and will have my laptop, which
is running Redhat 5.1, on hand for people to see.
