Yes, there is a way using pkgtool. It looks at the /var/log/install db
and rms those files, looking for crossdependencies along the way. As
near as I can tell, if all of your software is made into .tgzs using
installpkg, the pkgtool can install or uninstall it. In fact, if all
packages are processed using pkgtool and installpkg, they will be
recorded in the var/log/install db and can be safely uninstalled .
