Some confusion arose regarding the preface to the second to last Nomination
Commitee Report,  this is a message of clarification.

At this upcoming meeting (Aug 4),  if we have a quorum the nomination committee
chair person will be presenting a motion to offically close the nominating
commitee (and thus the acceptance of further nominations),  and to permit those
positions for which there are unopposed nominations to be occupied immediatly.
 Currently their are no positions with more than one nominee who has accepted.

If you oppose this motion and have attended three meetings in the last year,
but will be unable to attend tomorrows meeting, please feel free to e-mail me
your arguments.
