Meeting Presentations
Those of you who look at the future meetings page on our web site will notice
that there is now only ONE meeting on our schedule, and that's next weeks'
Beginners meeting. Ideally, we should have 4-6 meetings planned out and posted
there. This will become the primary responsibility of the Program Director,
but until we're up to speed with that, we can use more speakers, and more pre-
sentations.
I know there are people out there who are doing some interesting work, and that
we have some talented people in the group. Do you have some special project,
product, or application that you would like to present? Is there some issue
you would like to raise for group discussion? Are you doing something unusual
or special?
Please share your experiences with the rest of us. Everyone will benefit, and
it's part of what promotes the strength of the Linux community. I look forward
to seeing more diversity, more people getting up and telling the rest of us
how Linux and related software is being applied. I look forward to hearing
from you (via direct response only, please), so we can return our meeting
schedule to the robust plan we had in early June.
Regards,
