  If you use OUTLOOK or Netscape under Windoze, please read the following

I have checked other sources and have seen nothing, but I'm we can
probably take CNN, Reuters, and the people quoted in the article
as reasonably authoritative and genuine.

Note that this problem does NOT effect Unix systems (including Linux
boxes), not does it effect Netscape running on these environments.
