Motion made on Tuesday is now available for commentary

On Tuesday evening, Chris Gidman introduced a motion regarding meetings, and 
after some discussion, it was agreed that an ammended version of the motion
would be made available via our web site.  I invite everyone to read and
comment on the text of this motion:

This opens a discussion period which we agreed would end with the meeting
next Tuesday, so lets all take a look and consider, then comment. As chairman,
I will hold my comments until others have written some remarks.  As this will
effect the nature of our meetings, and the efforts of some people who help
present our meetings, it is particularly impotant that we evaluate this and
discuss.
