Thanks to all of you that have sent me in your survey's!  As of today, I
have received nearly 20 replies.  This is a reminder to all of you that have
not sent them back to me yet, to PLEASE do so.  If you have accidentally
deleted your copy, please E mail me and I will send you another.

Concerned as to whether I have gotten your survey or not?  It's simple.  If
you have not gotten a "Thanks!" note back from me, then I did not receive
your survey.  

Please remember, the Deadline for the survey is September 6th.  I appreciate
very much your time in answering the survey!
