that command should be available in all of those dos versions. Did you try
running the command?

if you did, im not sure what to say.. it SHOULD be there. Hmmm. You can
reinstall windows95 or dos or whatever.. that will definitely set
everything up for you. Bu thats not much of a solution. other than that, i
cant think of anything right now.
