First, I'm not sure the new driver for the dual channel Adaptec
controllers had been completed yet.
Check: ftp://ftp.dialnet.net/pub/linux/aic7xxx/7890-Status
for the latest status of the drivers.
If it's done, you could (in theory) make a new RH boot disk that supports it,
but you would need a running Linux system to do that. Kind of a catch-22.
