Also, citing Linux for cutting into M$ market share will be snickered out of court for two reasons:
1. Linux, as such is not a commercial product, and cannoit be seen as
"competition".
2. The percentages of the total computer market share taken by Linux (and
others), are collectively too small to matter.
Moreover, remember that it's not merely the finding of a monopoly, but the behavior of MS, such as predatory pricing and business practices, that are
at issue.
The use of Linux in defense of MS is too little and too late.
