My off-the-cuff responce to you is to get a more recent copy of RH,
which is, in effect, what you're doing anyway. Do have a CDROM drive?
If so, getting RH 5.1 is a good investment; it's available from cheapbytes.com
aka http://www.cheapbytes.com  for a pittance, so if you can't get to meetings 
to buy BSware its a viable substitute. Unless you have a T-1 line, you're going 
to spend HOURS downloading anyway, which is in some sense more expensive, and 
certainly more error-prone than CDROM delivery.
