Last Tuesday's Meeting

Hello Everyone,

After discussion last night at the volunteers meeting, it became clear that
"pizza night" needs to be addressed.  Pizza night is fun for all of us and
usually draws a bigger crowd than our other meetings.  This past pizza night

was not so much fun in one important way. On our meeting announcements page,

its stated that "Attendees Chip In" to pay for the cost of pizza (as usual).
During the meeting, our chairman, panel moderator, and pizza delivery man, 
made 2 announcements about this issue. The long and short of it was that he
was reimbursed for less than half of the cost of the pizza.  We need to find
a way to clear this problem up, as one person will not be responsible for 
feeding everyone there.

The KLUG officers have decided to set a price for the pizza, which will be 
$5.00.  Along with that, you must send an e-mail to the our pizza man, so we

know how much pizza to  buy. If you don't e-mail and/or don't contribute, 
don't expect pizza.  No exceptions, Sorry!  This will be the case unless
anyone has any other suggestions that are submitted either to the mailing
list, 
or to me privately by the next regular meeting, which is next Tuesday the
24th.

Our next "Pizza Night" meeting is December 15, and we'll be collecting
money,
with the above guidelines, BEFORE we eat.

For those of you that were at last Tuesdays' meeting and did not pay, for
what 
ever reason (and you know who you are), I hope this note will cause you to
get 
your share of the money to him Bob very soon. Your comments, insight, 
response and action is appreciated in helping to resolve this matter.
