Re: the eternal video driver problem



do you have you refresh rate settings right for 800x600 ? if not that 
may be at least part of the problem...   and just to throw out a dumb 
question to make sure that it isn't the problem... this is actually an 
SVGA monitor right.... not an old standardVGA only (640x480 and below) 
monitor?   yah... so check to see if the monitor can do what you're 
telling it to, and check your refresh rate settings for the resolution 
it wont do...
