dialup

I have problem to use my dial-up t to connect my ISP under Linux. There is no
dial tone  and my modem works fine when I use it under win95. My x-window works
fine. I set up the modem after the installation. I think it is possible my
setup procedure is wrong or something else related went wrong. My system is
redhat 5.1. if anyone know the procedure to set up dial-up or possible
 problem, please drop me a message. Thank you.
