Way Off Topic

THis is way of topic for this list,  but does anyone know where I can get
a copy of PSAPI.DLL from Windows NT 3.51.  I've found version 4.0 of that
file smeared all over the internet but can't find one for 3.51,  it is
required for those "snooper" programs that investigate what DLLs and such
and application is using.  (The Citrix/NT support rep.  has no idea what
I'm talking about).
