Zip Drives

I just recently installed linux on my computer and i was wondering if my
Zip drive would
work on it.  Before i installed linux i downloaded communicator and ICQ,
and the java
developers Pack, irc, kde, ect ect, so i wouldn't spend so much time
downloading when i
finally got linux to run.  Are there some drivers or something i need to
download so it will
recognize my Zip? It run's off the parallel port interface. And it would
save me A LOT of time if i could get this to run. Thanks
