I fixed mine a long time ago, don't even remember what I did to make it
stop,but I do remember that either the Linux FAQ, orthe Tips and Tricks
HOWTO cover it in detail.
 Seems like it was an "rdev" command but I'd "man rdev" before jumping
on it.
