I am in need of assistance
Okay here is goes. My name is Mike and I have a problem. I have recently
bought a new hard drive (10.1 gig) and yesterday I attempted to setup the OS
and other fun things of that sort. When installing Linux I got an error
message saying that I had too many cylinders (1232 to be exact) and that
LILO might not work properly because I have more that 1024 cylinders. Will
when I finally got to setting up my Boot setup it told that it wouldn't
install correctly. I had made a startup disk and I can get to Linux fine
with the startup disk, but is there any other way to correct this? While
the startup disk does work, it is not what I would like to use all the time.
Thanks in advance,
Mike Butler
