Meeting February 2 - Beginners' Meeting

Preceding the beginners meeting, we'll announce the results of the KLUG
elections and hold the investiture of new Officers and volunteers. This is
the last such meeting we'll have for a WHOLE YEAR, so please come meet the
people who will lead us into the year 2000.

This meeting is intended for those who are curious about Linux, or want some
help getting started. Bring your computer to the meeting, and have Linux
installed on it, at no charge. With a little advance notice, you can also
bring home your own Linux CD-ROM, produced locally. You
can also come, meet with us, and have your questions answered about Linux, for
home, or for your business.

Nows the time to get started! Linux is becoming a mainstay of many kinds of
free software, and free choice.

Coming to three meetings qualifies you as a full member of KLUG, meaning that 
you can participate in the process of making formal decisions, including vot-
ing for officers.

Our meeting place, THIS TUESDAY at 6 PM is:

   The Community Education Center (Chenery Auditorium),
   714 South Westnedge Avenue.
   The Building is located between Vine and Dutton Streets on the West side of
   Westnedge, about 7 blocks from Downtown Kalamazoo.
