Thanks Bruce, Jason, and Jon for your input.  After 2 hours of HOW-TO's and 
3 more hours of tiddling around, the end result has been UNsuccessful.

I believe its that Im used to NT and 95/98 Dial up networking and I have 
never had to do a setup from scratch like this one.

I got thoroughly lost in the HOW-TO's...

If anyone has documentation to help a WinDoze Child configure dialing into 
the net from scratch or wants to help my system out, let me know.  Im 
trying ot configure it for ISERV.NET [553-6875] (Pri DNS 204.177.184.10 / 
Sec DNS 204.177.184.15)
