Groupware is a product that does more than email.  It includes such
things as group calendars, scheduling, etc.

Not to be stupid, but what is "Groupware"?  Is it something beyond
e-mail?
 What fucntional features do you need?

The internet is easy,  almost all mail packages do that.  I know several
packages support LDAP.  About NDS I don't have a clue,  I'd hit Caldera's
web
site or give them a call.
